Smoke Alarm Servicing for Real Estates

Annual smoke alarm subscription
The standard annual subscription is $120.00 including GST per property. Owners with two or more properties pay $88.00 including GST per property.
The annual visit includes an inspection of alarm locations, condition and manufacture dates; cleaning and testing as applicable; an interconnection check; and a written report of our findings. We advise you of faulty, missing or expired alarms and any upgrades required.
If an issue arises during the subscription period, we can arrange attendance in accordance with the subscription terms. Replacement alarms, components, electrical repairs and work outside the annual service are quoted separately where required. Additional visits, including tenancy change visits, follow the subscription terms and the instructions for the property.
How invoicing works
We invoice the subscription once a year, at the start of the month in which we first attended the property. For example, if we first attended in September 2026, the property is billed each September for its next 12-month subscription period. Each property follows its own annual billing cycle.
To send us a work order, please include the property address, access arrangements, reason for attendance, owner approval limit, invoicing details and any known alarm faults.
