Required replacements and upgrades are quoted separately before work proceeds.

What happens after you send a work order
Entry notice
We email a Form 9 entry notice with every booking, or post it when no email address has been supplied.
SMS updates
Booking confirmations and reminders help keep everyone informed of the appointment.
Photo reporting
Reports include photos of the alarms inspected and any issues identified.
⚡ Safety switch testing
Optional add-on to a smoke alarm visit. Queensland rental homes must have a safety switch installed. The Electrical Safety Office recommends testing safety switches every three months. Ask us to include a test when booking; any fault or further electrical work can be advised separately.
Agent Portal
Property managers can use our Agent Portal to view booking and job progress, property history, and available compliance reports and invoices in one place.
Ask our team about Agent Portal access when sending your work order.
Send us a work order
Please include the new lease start date or lease renewal date on every work order. We do not receive these dates automatically. We need the commencement date to schedule testing and cleaning within the required 30 days before the tenancy starts or renews.
Also include the property address, access arrangements, owner approval limit, invoicing details and any known alarm faults. If the date changes, please let us know promptly so we can adjust the booking.
